En août dernier, l’impression de l’affiche Weltinnenraum – theo vonwood – annonçait le projet plus global dont elle est extraite : Strangers. Un livre.

Mise en bouche au compte goutte, c’est un petit monstre qui se tapit dans l’ombre et sur lequel peu à peu la lumière se fait, les contours se dessinent et les pages s’animent.
Au coeur de celles-ci, un flot de personnages dérangeants, qui s’enchevêtrent et se divisent, dans un double jeu graphique et émotionnel.
La rencontre entre des mondes, entre tout un chacun, entre des étrangers. Être étranger à soi-même.
Oublions toute forme de rationalité, car dans ce monde-ci, même les cases se disloquent.

Last August, the printing of the Weltinnenraum poster – theo vonwood – announced the more global project whose it’s an excerpt : Strangers. A book.

Drop by drop introduction, it’s a little hidden in the shadow monster which is slowly brung to light, whose outlines are shaped and pages come to life.
In the heart of these ones, a stream of disturbing characters, that mix together and split, on the graphical and emotional sidelines.
The meeting in between two worlds, between anyone and between strangers. Being a stranger to oneself.
Forget about any kind of rationality, because in this precise world, even the strip cells collapse.
